During this education, Club Benchmarking Founder, Ray Cronin and West Coast Director, Eric Gregory, CCM, will provide attendees with a session geared to educate on the key drivers of the financial and business model of the Private Club. We will explore fundamental financial concepts all members should understand, and dive into the KPI's that matter on the income statement and the balance sheet. Clubs should come prepared with their audited financials for an interactive session following the education.
