Founded by Dick and Deirdre Shea in 1996, Shea Wine Cellars is a producer of world-class Pinot noir and Chardonnay made from Shea Vineyard fruit that is grown in the Willamette Valley Yamhill-Carlton Region. Their current production is 5200 cases of Pinot noir and 450 cases of Chardonnay. The remaining grapes from his 140- acre site, are sold to some of the most acclaimed wine producers in the Valley which include Penner-Ash, Bergstrom and Ken Wright. This dinner will feature wines from Shea Vineyards as well as wines from other producers they work with.
