  • Event: Attendees bring and discuss an effective concept or program that they are proud to share with other CMO members. Feel free to consider innovative programs that have been successfully implemented at your club that you are enthusiastic about sharing with your CMO friends! Possible sources of ideas might be club events, human resources, membership development, golf operations, communications, governance, cost saving concepts, clubhouse/golf course maintenance, food and beverage programs. We ask that you send your ideas to Ken Puttman ([email protected]), who will put together a packet of all submissions, which will be shared with the group.  Submissions can be in an email, Word, PowerPoint or PDF. In addition, please let Ken Puttman know if you would like to present your idea at the event.
